First Periodontal Visit |
Your first visit is usually an introductory visit. We want to get to know you so we can cater to your periodontal needs. At your initial visit we will perform a comprehensive evaluation and will discuss your treatment options. We will ask you about your medical and dental histories and have you fill out some forms if you haven't already done so online.
You can complete our forms from your home or office using our secure patient registration link. This allows you to provide our office with accurate information relating to your medical and dental histories such as allergies and current medications.
We are available to respond to your concerns and encourage you to ask questions at any time. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
